In the United Nations, the Secretariat is the Main Organ of the Organization responsible for Global Leadership. Similarly, in our Model UN conference, the Secretariat is the highest executive team that is mainly responsible for the successful overall conduct of the conference.

Selection Process
All Secretariat Applicants submitted their Application alongside a Motivation Letter, their CV, examples of previous research reports, and recommendation letters.
The applicants went through an Interview which was structured in three parts and lasted 30-60 minutes.
