Eleni Roussopoulou is a driven and dynamic undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam, one of Europe’s top-tier institutions for business education. With an outstanding academic background, diverse international exposure, and a profound commitment to leadership and sustainability, Eleni exemplifies the profile of a globally minded changemaker equipped to navigate complex cross-cultural and socioeconomic landscapes. Born and raised in Greece, Eleni’s intellectual curiosity and leadership acumen were evident early on. Graduating from I.M. Panagiotopoulos Private School with an impressive GPA of 19.7 (Excellent), she consistently ranked at the top of her class and received multiple awards for academic excellence. Her early involvement in competitions such as the Panhellenic Physics Contest and Mathematics Olympiads reflect a strong aptitude for analytical and quantitative thinking, further supported by High Honors in the CTY Greece Talent Search in Quantitative Ability. As a university student, Eleni continues to distinguish herself both in and out of the classroom. She currently serves as Ambassador for SDG 15 (Life on Land) at the Rotterdam School of Management's Positive Initiative Programme, where she leads efforts to promote environmental sustainability across the campus community. Her passion for global diplomacy and policymaking has also translated into a string of high-level Model United Nations (MUN) participations, including THIMUN, MUNUC in Chicago, and CAMMUN, where she served on the Security Council representing the USA. Most notably, she was selected as Under Secretary-General at the 4th International Leirion Alternative Library - Art Place MUN Conference in Malta, an honor reserved for top-tier delegates demonstrating excellence in international relations and logistical coordination. Professionally, Eleni balances her academic pursuits with real-world experience as a customer service associate at Spar University in Rotterdam, where she contributes to team performance, manages inventory operations, and ensures an excellent shopping experience for diverse clientele. Her role illustrates her practical business skills, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Eleni’s journey is also marked by a steadfast dedication to community engagement. A long-standing volunteer for the YouSmile Organization since 2019, she has participated in youth-led initiatives, including environmental campaigns and awareness programs. She also represented Greek youth in several cross-cultural initiatives such as the Friendship Between Greek and Chinese Youth Online Camp hosted by UIBE, and the Erasmus+ Blended Mobility Project in Hungary.
